Brake Width

Just got some catamarans and was planning on putting my fks from my old hellbents on the cats but the brake is 130mm. Is it worth the money trying to find a 115 or will the over hang be fine? Thanks

you can bend em with a pipe/old ski pole

You'll be absolutely fine. Recommended maximum is a brake 15mm wider than ski waist so 130mm on a 120mm ski would be fine even if you mount them dead centre. Don't bother spending money on a new brake, and enjoy your Cats they are rad!

Yeah you bend them out, then to fit the ski

no im saying that the breaks are 130 and the ski is 120, im asking if its worth getting a 115

Thank you for understanding my question lol

yeah, but it's a solution, fks and look brakes don't slide in when engaged so it's best to have a brake width that is more similar to ski width
