Knowing the park guy there it should be sick... the pipe is hell right now but with some warm weather and a dragon it will be nice. I'm going to try to make it.

Yo Scott, please keep us posted if you have the knowledge of the situation when it grows closer. Big Pappa Hammersley, the Notorious DMB, myself, Lori, Mace and Ronald Quaker Esquire are most likely rolling on over. Pray for sun:)

word is that rory silva might be there... I dunno, I guess Wagner said that. He said he was gonna try to build an 80-fter... but I think he said that last year too... it'll be 50-60 maybe, still good for sure. If there's enough snow the pipe will still be up, and they'll keep the rails up I think... a solid disaster/downkink and a sweet flat-down-flat.

If you could post what time the contest on Sat. is gonna start as soon as ya can that would be good, cause hopefully a crew of us from Perfects will be coming up and it's like a 9 hour drive in a bus so we need to know if we can make it and all... most likely get up there friday night..?

later

what are the rails looking like?

because saturday i have a track meet and have to dj, so unfortunatly i won't be able to make the big air, which i totally wanted to

would it be worth it just for the rails? what are they?

Hey everyone I have the final word on everything...so pay attention!

As far as the weekend goes, its still entirely on and will be bigger than ever!

The Heather lift will be running both saturday and sunday.

Halfpipe will be up as long as temperatures stay somewhat moderate over the next couple of days. The walls will be in prime shape because Jason Wagner makes the best pipe in the midwest period. He is in complete control of the pipe along with Mike Crawford and others to keep the trannys in excellent shape.

The rails will be a huge attraction once again. Boyne has a kink, double kink, flat, beginner flat, rainbow and a little trap. However, half of these will be strategically placed so full runs can be made. Also, Jason is giving me most of the say when it comes to the setup, so expect some elevated shit.

Jumps/Hip.... this is still up in the air. I'll be at Boyne with my N.C. friends to determine what will work best, hopefully both if enough snow. I promise you that there will be at least one beginner jump and one super kicker (no less than 65ft, in reality too, none of that 'i think its 65ft bullshit.' I will personally make sure the take off is smoother than last year and test it before anybody else dies.

The costs are still undetermined. Expect around 30 dollars for the entire weekend. Also bring lots of beer and food/grills. There may be a concession at the bottom of the hill near the reps' vans but that might be expensive. Half-barrels are highly recommended!

If you have any more questions reply to this post. Thanks, and hope to see all of you at the Boyne Spring Festival!

yes it covers lift and jam session entry fees. Also, if you are coming to this comp to win money don't bother. Its purely for fun and nothing else. the jam sessions are rider judged and only free swag is given away. We don't want tools there
