sure he did something wrong but people all over the world treat animals WAY worse and no one gives a shit about that

I can do that, I'm black.

and he is set for life.
 
Stop crying you baby, who gives a fuck about pit bulls, they bite so many people and have been banned in Canada.

Vick started a charity which raises money to helps at-risk youth in downtown Atlanta, and with all due respect, people are better than dogs.
 
if a dog hurts someone, it should be killed?

That is not what I said, and for every dog that jumps at me when I'm walking by them on a sidewalk, does this mean that all of those owners torture their dogs?

And by the way, pit bulls have such a nature where they become violent all of a sudden without reason, which is why they were banned from Canada.
 
when a dog mauls a child or attacks a person and causes bodily harm yes i do agree it should be killed. at that point the animal has shown that it is a danger to the general public

 
so now nike has stopped the release. they probably didnt realize how big the situation was, and now that they have know to stop it cause itl ruin their company as well.

now back to vick. u cant say theres "evidence" of him doing it. if there was, he'd already be charged, removed from the nfl, and doing jail time. this case started towards the beginning of the year. they have taken him in for suspicion(sp?) he was involved, they rnt sure yet. since the case started, he has stated he wasnt involved, so until they pin evidence on him such as paying for the little "ring thing" or w/e it was, or they have evidence of him being there, like a video tape, then he is still innocent. knowing vick, he was prolly involved just cause he's a dick.
 
also, you cant really just boycott nike. especially by coming onto this one site. nike is the largest producer of sports clothing, equiptment, and sponsorship...sorry, but "boycotting nike" isnt gonna work. you might be able to pull off not buying 1 of thier 33242342342 models of shoe's, but its not going to make a huge difference financially for the company
 
everyone who says that Vick hasn't been convicted should know that he has been federally indicted and i hear (ESPN) that there is a 95% conviction rate - so Vick is screwed

also i heard yesterday on ESPN that nike was standing by Vick because they though it would give them "street cred" - obviously soon they realized that they were retarted and stoped the production of his shoe
 
dog fighting is the most brutal and inhumane way i can think of to treat an animal. making two creature fight to the death for their lives then betting on the fight just doesnt seem like the kind of example professional athletes should be setting. i hope that michael vick spends a long time in prison for what he has done.

dont get me wrong, cause i think you did. i can care less about boycotting nike, i love dogs and what vick was accused of is horrible. but why boycott nike? they didnt have anything to do with what he does. now it doesnt matter anyways.

But seriously, I was listening to some news guy and he was talking about how they care so much about these damn dogs and don't realize whats really going on in our world. People are suffering everyday and dying in war. And all we can do is care about some dogs dying? I'm pretty sure people are more important that dogs. Don't get me wrong its not the right thing to beat dogs to their death. But some people seriously have to open their eyes and think about what else is going on in the world that is far more important than dogs getting beat.
