well nike says it still plans its schedualed release of the new mick vick cleat. i think what he has done to those poor dogs is repulsive. i think we all should boycot anything nike untill they pull vicks endorsement.

wont be hard for me since i dont really buy anything nike anyway.

not to mention all the asian sweatshops nike owns
 
well vick has been indited but there is no acctual evidence that he did anything wrong. a couple years ago when Ray Lewis was indited for murder he was completly inocent. dont jump to conclusions
 
so you like to beat up dogs and turture puppies i see. and u have no problem support a company that promotes someone that does these things? then u are an asshole, and i should poor water on you then electtricute u.
 
yes but this is a federal indictment we are talking about and is all raped up in rico. there is plenty of evidence to show vicks envovlment and that he is actually a leader of the ring. but do what you like if you want so support people that beat puppies then tha tis your choice.
 
what does him being black have to do with anything. heat beats up dogs for his own personal entertainment. no i am not part of peta but do love dogs.. and i think vick should be tortured to near death every day as punishment for what he has done
 
dude, him being black has everything to do with it. black people can do what they please, so he can kill dogs if he wants as long as he stays true to his color.
 
there's no way enough people would boycott nike all together to really make any sort of impact...what you should be trying to get people to do is boycott the the cleat, then maybe nike would get the picture. but then again, it seems like you're preaching to the wrong people here since i doubt many people here are in the market for some cleats.
 
haha i had to google it to figure out how to spell it myself i was like shit this is harder to spell than i thought, so instead of looking even more retarded i made sure it was right.
 
i know not much of an impact will be made. i just think everyone can do a little bit ( i sound like a tree hugging hippy here) but the one think i cant stand is animal abuse.

no way do i support dog fighting...but those dogs are hardly the dogs we know, they are more like wolves or wild dogs and are bred for what they do. it's not like taking your house pet and putting it in a death match. i see that as cruel, or neglecting to feed it and caring for it. that is more cruel than dog fighting. as for vick, i just don't care that much what happens.
 
yeah and pitbulls can be fine pets, but the dogs they fight aren't raised as pets.

correct me if i'm wrong, i'm just assuming here.

So Nike basically enslaves people in southeast asia, and you want to boycott them because of some dogs?
