Box top

I have a drop in ramp and i need to put some material on the top of my box to be able to slide it. my box is 12" by 8' and just has a plywood top right now. any sugestions of what to put on it?

PVC it's cheap works really well and slides perfectly always

i have a rail maid of 2 pvc pipes but i cant slide at all when my ski bases are parallel to the rail

Really I have 4 PVC features 2 flat rails a flat box and a flat down flat rail, they all slide better than rails at my home mountain

We put some thin galvanized Steele...u fan find it at ur local sears and it comes in like 50 ft rolls...it's been working fine for us!

Do not use plexiglass because it chips too easily. If you use pvc, make sure that you file down the ends because I have gotten core shots from hitting the sharp end of the pvc pipe.
