You can buy lexan in lowes or home depot. THere were 3 sheets for like 70 bucks at one I checked. One could make a 12 footer 1.5 feet wide.

HDPE- high density polyerethuane or something like that yo can get it at www.usplastics.com or similar, works awseome they use it on real boxs in many places
