use the search bar and find homemade park/box/rail threads, but im feeling saucy so........
the way i built mine was:
2 16 foot 2x4s
3 8 foot 2x4s
1 regular sized piece of sheething
16 sq feet of plexi glass
screws
take the sheething and cut it into 11-12 inch wide strips, make sure they are all even, and then find several objects of uniform width such as small paint cans or extra pieces of 2x4 and make it so the two 16 foot 2x4s are evenly spaced and perfectly lined up, then screw the strips of sheething onto the skinny end of the 2x4s, this creates the top of your box. Then, on the inside of the two 2x4s attached to the sheething, screw your legs on, use as many as u wish and make em as big as u want, and just throw another 2x4 going perpendicular to the box across the bottom to prevent it from tipping over. Then use either plastic glue or screws to secure ur plexi glass to the box. WHen you are cutting the plexiglass, use a circular saw, not a jig saw, a jig will melt it.

no prob, but just so u know, if u have no hookups the lumber is and plexi is gonna cost u about 80 bux, i got my plexi from a friend and took the wood from a construction site, and if u cant get plexi glass, u can use alot of pvc pipe, this stuff called flexan which is really expensive but used at ski resorts, or u can wax the hell outta the sheething

haha i just bought box materials today...6 2x4's 2 huge sheets of plywood one sheet of lexan plastic and a bunch of deck nails and galvanized wood screws..cost me $140...the lexan was the most expensive part

sign makers is what i have herd, one of my friends(loser, dumbass)glued tin foil with wicked strong all over, it actually works good

how big of a flat down box if its like 18ft like the good one (7ft flat 11ft down) and the reg wideness like 1ft to 1ft6' then thats would cost over $200 just for the lexan. and thats really thin lexan so you would need lexan glue all which can be found at home depot.I'll post some pics of my box soon its 12ft long 1ft5' wide it cost bout 170 to make its sweet though.
