Box or rail?

Im looking at building a rail or box today... cant decide which one. I've had a pvc rail in the past so im leaning box. How long does it take to build a box? any instructions on how to do it?

i don't have any instructions for a box, someother people will, but i realized yesterday if you are in to spinning on and off rails or boxes, rail are better, say you 270 on you can hold on the rail alot better, if it was me, i would build a rail, it seems alot easier to carry around aswell

I have more fun on boxes myself, but if you're feeling up to the challenge you could go for the rail...it's your choice to make.
