a box is usually made of wood and is flat.. like about 6' wide and 10' long, w/ maybe a kink, and a rail is made of metal and is about .5-2' wide..

A box is a bit easier but you can still fall just as hard. At St-Sauveur we have a 30 foot kink box, (14 feet to 16 feet) and about a fot wide. it fun couse you can do varitions, like butters and stuff... i prefer boxes....
