I talked to P-Jo abotu shipping and it was like a grand to ship the boz he posted pics of. I dont have the money to pay the shipping. shipping is like three times the cost of the box.

shipping is based primarily on weight, not necessarily on size. besides ppl are buying the finished product and dont wanna build a box back together when they paid for it to be put together for them

dont send it all assembled, include an instruction manual or something that way the size of the package will be reduced like mad but youll still be paying for the weight just not as much for the size

selling the box plans isnt a bad idea

if somehow shipping was cheaper I would buy boxes. and so would my club.

like p-jo's box was about $300 for the box.. I would pay that for it I would pay $300CDN I mean. for $300 US it would have to be a little longer. but shipping is the killer. if he could arrange a deal with a shipping company or a moviing company and make it cheaper that would work great. the best way to do it would be to make a contract with a ski reseot to make like 2-3 boxes and like 3-4 rails. rent a truck, and ship them all up at onec and charge like $5-8/hour to drive them to the ski resort.

If someone is interested in this make a proposal and send it to me and I will pass it on to my bosses if its reasonable.

killy noone ever said they're too dumb. some of us have jobs, or skool or both and cant or dont want to spare their time to build a box when someone else is willing to do it to make some money. would you make all ur winter hats? u have the opportunity but u wont do it cause ur lazy and someone else is willing to do and be paid for it, so how about you just shut up, and contribute when u have something worth saying!

I Think it's a good idea...me and my freind are trying to start a small business selling high quality rails in the Fairfield, Ct area, it's looking pretty good and we just figure we'll deliver for like and extra 30 bucks or something...sounds like a good idea
