In the jacket works allright, what you really need is one of those butane torch lighters that won't go out in the wind.
 
butane, hahahaha, thats funny as shit, all u need to do is get a chillum, small to ski with and cheap, and then put it like between thumb and index, wrap hand in like a loose fist, then put lighter in other hand, and use that hand to make a little thing to surrond the lighter and end of the chillum, i GUARUNTEE it will work, i have done it maaany times, in the wind and allll.....

i'm gonna say a blunt is teh way to go, but i dont smoke anymore on the fact taht i barely get high and i prob wasted 1/5 of my salary one year
