mmmm....propaganda. Just to let you guys know if you think Moore bends the truth you've obviously never heard the director of the DEA speek. I was watching CNN and he was saying that there is 200% as many people in rehab for marijuana as coke, which is only the truth because it's people who get busted for possesion get FORCED into rehab by the law, he also said that marijuana was the most addictive drug, last time I checked marijuana had no physicaly addicting chemicals.

sure.... your second amendment rights are in trouble, but people get caught up in the 'I have a right!' attitude, he's not trying to take away your rights, I think he's trying to say that the right you have to bear arms is useless, he knows that the 2nd Am. won't be torn apart any time soon, but he knows that some moral middle ground can be reached, There is no such thing as complete freedom of speech (like slander) so why should their be such freedom in weapons, after all words never killed anybody.

I'm sorry but the democratic liberals are the actual ones whose politics are borderline communism. I'm not arguing about the film, I actually haven't seen it because I'm on a full boycott of anything michael moore, this in in lieu of the comments he made in the past year...that is why I direct aggression and hatred toward him.

On the issue of gun control...it is completely innaffective no matter what way you look at it. 97% ( or close to that figure) of gun related killings in this country are caused by weapons bought illegally, i.e. the black market, or theft. The others are obtained either through gun laws that are in place but improperly enforced, or by others who did get their guns legally and just for some reason used them on a person.

Its time people stop blaming the national government for their own fucking problems. George Bush can do every thing right and still some psychopath is gonna kill some. We live in a world were, whether you want to face the facts or not, shit is going to happen; and it can only very rarely be stopped. So deal with it.

BTW, Prince is extremely conservative, like myself.

FEMA (Federal Emergency Managment Agency) is a branch of the government that when activated instantly takes into effect several executive orders, starting with Nixon (I think he was the one to make it it's own organization). In short, the government now owns all properties and goods, all rights to CERTAIN products, has control over all trade/ports/airports, and has the ability to organize the entire population into 'work groups' under the government's supervision, etc.. There're a few really good books and articles on it if you'd like to find out more about it, but unfurtunately I don't have any links cause it's late at night and I'm tired...

I'm pretty sure that communism is when the government owns all property and controls the overall flow of money throughout the population. I do admitt that because not everybody is 'equal' in the sense that you pick your own jobs and can change jobs whenever you'd like without government consent, it isn't communist. But anybody who is into this shit (I don't know why you would be...) should read up on it cause it's interesting

so what, I think you'll find that any educated person will tell you the idea of communism is perfect, yet it doesn't work because of human greed/desires. So by labelling the liberals, borderline communists, you're trying to insult them, I hardly see it as one. Your posts in the past and the fact THAT YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS MOVIE, yet feel so strongly towards michael moore and this movie, really proves how closeminded you are, you stick him with a label, like you do drug users and political figures, and you don't bother to open your mind to the posibblity that the label you've given might be wrong to any degree.

And while you pull out a statistic like 97% of gun deaths are by illegall firearms, ok, how many of those are assult rifles, guns that are of no use to hunters and are not for conventional protection? how many of the 97% (a figure I know you pulled out of your ass, but I'll tear it up anyways) have gotten/stolen the gun from a family memeber who left it without a lock? (which would be obtaining it illegally) And how many of those gun users grew up in a society that made them feel the need to go and get that gun? all of them those are the issues he's tackling, it's not moore blaming the government, but then again you wouldn't know that, you didn't watch it. how about you stop talking about subjects you know nothing about, bowling for columbine, drugs and oddly enough, refuse to learn more about.

I'm not sure if this was mentioned because I didn't read the posts, but when watching a movie such as this you can't go into it believing that you are seeing the truth. There is a certain amount of it that is just M.M. just spitting out his mildly liberal (joke fuckers) propaganda just so suckers such as some here I'm sure would see it and all of a sudden be a newfound libby. Just take it with a grain of salt, as not all of it is exactly truth.

I shouldn't need to list it because it is really obvious! The guy just walks around and talks to people! Sure, the facts are all true, and sure everything said in the movie does have some purpose, but even if it's not true what you do think is true probably isn't anyway...

That's what I'm saying, the facts are true, but what everybody sees is him talking about it using his own thoughts and views on the subject. So like of course it's going to be biased. I don't mean to say that there are no facts there, just that what links the facts may not be the most accurate way of looking at things...

facts/stats don't = truth, that's what he's talking about you have to interpret them completely before they can give you an answer.

And peoples opinions don't represent the whole, he's not going to show the 10 other people he interviewed to get that one response that fits the theme of the movie.
