Bosu Ball rail training?

Was doing some core exercises and squats on a bosu this morning and got the idea that it could be used to train rail tricks . Starting doing some "front swaps" and "blind swaps" on it and after a few I could keep my balance pretty well.

Anyone heard of anything like this for training rails in the off season?
 
Sure it helps with balance. Once you mastered it, take it to those big bouncing balls. That's really hard. I've seen videos of pros balancing and doing stuff on it.
 
Make a balance board. Fill a two liter bottle with water and ducktape the shit out of it then take an old skate deck and put it on top. works great for balance and its hella fun
