Boston ski expo

is there a ski swap? I need to hit as many of these as possible to try and find some all metal pivot 15's/FKS 155's
 
You used to be able to get some decent free tickets and two-for-one deals if you talked to the guys at the booth a bit and then asked but I've seen less and less of that... Bolton Valley always has free tickets there, it's a pretty decent place IMO. Also, Smugglers Notch and a smattering of ski areas in Western MA always have some good stuff... Stowe also gives out free T-Shirts if you go on one of the first days.
 
Not sure what SIA is, but, the Boston Ski show is basically a convention where pretty much all ski areas in New England and the major ones out west and in Canada come and set booths and tell you about their area. Also, they have gear companies and other ski related companies. Ski Market used to have a huge sale but not anymore obviously since they went belly up. Usually you can score some discount coupons for lift tickets and if your lucky maybe some free ones. In my opinion, your better off going to your local shop instead of buying gear at the show. The one exception to this is soft goods.
 
I went last year I'll probably go again the ski the east and oneoheight booths were dope and I won tickets to sugarloaf so yeah it's pretty cool
 
I went last year with two of my friends and I think we are going again this year. Had some interesting stuff, one of my friends got a map from every place that was there and pretty much covered a wall of his room with them. However the best part was probably my friends dad driving 95 all the way there and yelling at people with his french accent. We made an edit of the trip but I don't think it was ever uploaded anywhere.
 
You can definitely count on seeing Nashoba's park manager there to talk about this up coming season, plus get free & discount lift tickets, tubing tickets, and other prizes and info. Not to mention we have the slot machine.
 
I've gone for four years straight, and I always get lucky and end up with a free ticket to somewhere, or at least some discounts. And the thing I look forward to most is the $10 beanie bin in the snowboard sale part, such a steal.
 
I go every year. They have a bunch of next and this years products on display or in the store area grid thing. Ski The East/Meatheads have a sick booth, I always pick up shit from them. Last year the TGR premier of On the Road was right after so me and my friends just walked to the aquarium which was sick
 
last year i met ian mcintosh and there were tons of sick ski booths for vokl, and several other brands along with a lot of cool resort booths
 
its always sick- the place is a huge convention center filled with reps from brands and mountains- regardless of if ur buying anything its just a good atmosphere if you are a skier, and especially if you ski the east
 
Great time is always had by all who go, ive gone the last few years and always get tons of stickers from mountains, not too many die cuts but some here and there, usually get line poles or a hoodie or somthing, good deals, good time, and am looking forward to it.

I guess ill see u there bweld with breen and the dux crew?
