ive always thought thatd be sick, but youd never have speed, unless you were to like make a big drop in off the side of tiger. itd be a cool spot tho, and WHEN!?!?!! who makes a thread like this with no dates??

yaa dood fuck that 25 bucks??? word on the stree st is have a rail jam any info on that if so i'm down

alrighty then i pick snowtrails ne ways bmills big air jump most likely will be a cliff drop like usual

shit man, my bad didnt realize st meant snowtrails, u spelled street "stree st" and i thought it was a typo, the info was for bmills rail jam. as of now i see nothing on the site about a ST rail jam and i havnt heard either

talked to the main guy involved today and the plan is to have the jump go from buttermilk to tiger......i thought speed would be shit but i have an unwaxed snowboard and pointed from the top of the lift and was going pretty fast.....im not sure of what size the jump is supposed to be or anything......but with that hill as the landing it would be no problem taking a small jump very deep.....i suggested having a few rollers in the in run so you could pump them and build up some speed.....construction should begin thursday morning and as i know anything ill post it up here

just for the record, the event is a charity event with all entance fee's going here- http://www.hopeontheslopes.com/. for those who dont know Kylie Jane Long is the daughter of Jason Long. A fellow freeskier who still goes huge in the park. the event is for a great cause and you can feel good know where the money is going.

hmm i read the charity thing and i think i'll do it...sounds like a good thing to do and then rail jam after soo hope it's decent which i really wish the rail jam would be moved to bwine instead cuz that dfd box is $$$$$$$$$$$$

yea everyone should come out for this its for a good cause and should be a fun event, i know many ppl are skeptical about the jump situation, but i got a good feeling its gonna work out way better than in the past and dont worry heff theres gonna be rail jams at bwine later on with the dfd box setup

mike.....just go in your room with mitch put the towel under the doo and do what you do best......watch out for the cia on thorton tho...heard theyre a bitch

Back in the day, we built a jump from Buttermilk to Tiger and it was awsome. This was in the 70's and the resort did not like the air we where getting, so they sent the snow cat up to take it down. The snow cat got stuck on tiger in the ditch to the left side.

Back then, jumps were not allowed to be built and all resort frowned on Freestyle. Now the place knows that jumps bring in customers and supports the sport.

This should be a good event for a good cause, so come on boys, let us see ya go big.

1. i remember seeing that jump and it was big even to todays standards. which must make you at least as old or older than me. and 2. i bet most kids dont even know there used to be that gap between tiger and buttermilk

47 and counting.

Boston Mills says that after the big air, they are going to let Tiger Bumps grow and have a bump contest at the end of the year. Now that is gonna be fun.

Look me up and say hello, my twin 13 year olds are gonna be jumping and jibbing tommorrow. My knees gave out for that a long time ago. I am the tele skier with purple coat, grey pants with white T-race boots, K2 skiis and Bomber Bishops.

I may bring the grill and cook food and have adult beverages out in the northern lot.

Gotta love winter !

Yeah I was at Boston Mills this morning and it looked really well built. The landing looked steep and really long. I wish I could have hit it but I went to Brandywine.

the jump was pretty small for a big air jump, but it was set up nice and i liked the idea alot. lots of decent tricks being thrown around...and possibly the worst switch backflip attempt ever

i did a back flip :) haha umm and probley the most hucked cork 9 ever....but it was a really fun day and i ended up having a lotta fun in the rail jam even tho i hit my dome soo hard

i did a backflip:) and then probley theee most hucked cork 9 ever....rail jam was a bunch of fun tho!!! even tho i smashed my head pretty hard and i give props to mitch for attempting sw misty/rodeo what ever it was....never would've tried that off that jump
