(1) 30ft flat down rail

(2) 20ft c-rails

(1) 30ft jump

Superpipe is well under construction..just keep praying for cold temps at night so we can keep the guns cranking.

The jump line is a work in progress..the fan guns will still be on until I get enough snow to build the jumps exactly how I envision the line up. They'll constantly be growing and morphing into the back to back channel gaps.

We were able to place a snow gun in the upper night park..look for jumps up there sometime next week.

probably refering to the nearly 6 inches of rain we have received after the 2ft of snow on monday. Bring your canoe to Boreal and you'll have more fun. Yes its pretty sad right now.

we'll bounce back though when it gets cold and be shredding again.

i drove past boreal this mornin on the way to alpine and it looked like they had quite a bit of stuff up. coverage wasnt that bad either and the beginnings of the superpipe. i was hoping to ski night tonight but the rents pulled the plug.

$5 or $10 entry fee, non-serious competitions. They change up from rail jams, slopestyles, and superpipe comps ever other week. The winners get swag ususally, and everyone gets free pizza if your quick enough to snag a piece. Really fun times

its getting better..the snow has atleast dried out to the piont where we were about to groom everything this morning.

all of the boxes and rails are back in good shape, the jumps shrunk a bit but are both still around 25ft. snow is in the forecast for this week. its only gona better over the next few days.

as of this morning there are 25 park features.

cool cool.....im stoked on boreal even if it is just some rizzails.

eric, how much cold weather/time do you need to get the superpipe rockin?

a few days, couple weeks? just curious....

the rain did a number on the snow I had already pushed into place on the pipe. didn't lose to much volume because it was good dense man-made. however, because that wall was only 3/4 finished we definitely have hit a snag. that snow is super saturated and will turn to glacier therefore i cant just finish that wall with new snow when we get temps back. I'm gona have to go back and smash that wall down and use that snow as a foundation. the snow wont be wasted its just gona take more cat time as a result to get the pipe finished. before the storm we were half way there as far as snowmaking goes. forecast is calling for much better temps starting later in the week than we had when we made snow on the pipe the first time around. Its up to mothernature at this point...I dont dare venture a guess as to how long it will take.
