Go to a shop, go to a shop with a boot fitter. Tell the guy what you like to ride, what you like in a boot(width, stiffness) and then have him get a proper fitting on your foot. Buying boots just off the shelf and with no prior knowledge or fitting is retarted. Getting fit correct is so damn important.
I just got the salomon rush/xwave at the end of last season and I love them! I had been fitted wrong with my old boots and have been riding with boots almost 2 sizes to big!! But the rush(girls) xwave(guys) are great, my shin bang was greatly reduced with these boots. PS-I got them on sale for 50% off $300 down from almost $600!
candide's, period. super sick boots, really warm, they have like satinish lining so your foot just slides in. They run a little big tho so get the size down. and plus, they are white, nuff said
