I will be purchasing new ski boots this weekend and was curious to gain wisdom from those who have tried and loved, or tried and hated. All mountain plus park

the best way to get a great boot is to head to your local ski shop.. we're talkin one with an old guy thats been there a while and knows his shit. then tell him what you are lookin for.. dont even mention price.. then try on pretty much every company they carry in that category. DONT BUY YET... head to another shop and do the same thing..

Follow this up by researching the boots online.. look for reviews ( NOT ON NS..too bias) and company websites.

Always remember boots pack out 1/2 a size with good use.. so stay true to size or 1/2size smaller depending on the company.

If you are lookin for all mtn and park.. look towards the:

Salomon X-wave line

or

Nordica Beast line

Boots are the most important thing you can buy.. they either make or break a season.. so be ready to spend some dough..

I am prepaired to drop loot, I have been needing new boots for 2 seasons. I do appreciate the advice, and I will hit up my bearded shop owner soon.

i like my exp3s. most people wouldnt consider them for newschool stuff but for the amount i do it they work well. and def try on many pairs

hellz yah...i have the magnesiums and they are sweet....the dual felx point is a really good idea

I have a very skinny foot and I love my dalbello kryptons, very soft flex. I love them, but yeah listen to those guys ^ try lots of boots on and price them out.

I have a medium wide foot. I used to ride the salomon 1080 promodel, and also have tried the Xwave9free's. The is not better boot on the market then the Dalbello Krypton Pro. By far the best heal hold/fit ive ever had. Plus the customizations you can do yourself with softer tongues and stiffining bars make this boot so versatile. They also come is a freeride or park insole one is hard and one is really soft. If this boot fits your foot or maybe is a a little narrow get it. Im getting mine fitted at my shop so it fits even better. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BOOT EVER.
