Boots to tight?

I just bought the full tilt booter and there was only size 25 left and that is what my feet measured to. My previous boots are Tecnica size 26 which are definitely a little big (after being packed out for a season). The full tilt booters are a little uncomfortably tight and I don't know if I should send them back or heat mold them to see if they fit better. My toe is up against the front a little more than I would like. Does anyone think after a heat mold they will give me more room and fit better?

Too tight is better than too loose. I'd find the best shop/boot fitter in your area and see what they can do. You'd be surprised by the magic that a great boot fitter can pull off! I skied FT Booters for almost 10 years and loved them. Best of luck!

Took me a few days for my liners to break in. Heat molding helps to an extent. My toes would go numb after an hour, now they’re perfect, applying forward pressure, shins slide forward, toes slide slightly back allowing for optimal room for the toes to wiggle a lil. Standing up straight my toes hit the front of the liner, and I’m unable to put the boot on without putting liner on first

This. Comes down to personal preference but they will pack out. My feet went numb in my boots after 20 minutes when I first bought them. After 4 days they are perfect. Heat molding will expedite this process

Bend your knees

I’m aware that it’s a different boot, but my b/es were a pain in the ass to break in, very tight in the toes but a heat mold helped, and maybe a actual custom footbed if your wallets full enough

Try putting footbeds with some semblance of arch support in there (a good bootfitter will usually suggest this, too.) With the crappy die-cut footbeds that come stock in most boots your feet flatten quite a bit when you weight them, effectively "lengthening" each foot by a couple of millimeters compared with their natural shape. Adding arch support will help keep this from happening. It sounds like it wouldn't make a difference, but you'd be surprised what a good pair of footbeds can do.

Same here. I had size 26.5 atomic boots( fit big) and went down one size to 25.5 Drop kick pro (tighter) after I messed up a toe,

at first it was really tight but as you wear them more it gets less tight. You could also heat mold them
