Boots for hiking?

I ride park mostly and I need to get a new pair of boots this year. Whenever i hike my old pos boots are a pain in the ass. Is there any freestyle/freeride boot that is better for hiking than others? Ive been lookin alot at the 1080 foils. I just want a nice light boot thats good for park/jibbin/hikin features.

all boots have the same sole design, so its not like youre gonna change that. it just comes down to comfort and flex, since youre hiking.

superfeet are insoles for your boots that replace the stock ones. they have different shaped ones to fit different feet. I highly recomend them, they will actualy help you ski better too, carving wise any way.

super feet are killer, i always use them, if your feet swims at all, get them

I need new ones, go with them for a while, it doesnt seem too different. First day without them you will wish you had them back.

The green ones are best. Get them for your shoes too

I will also say superfeet are great as stock footbeds are usually shit...

loosen the buckles for hiking? I like the fit of rossi bandits and nordica beasts but thats just me, beast 10 is pretty soft and bandit elite 1 or whatever... its fairly soft too

just get soem nice cheep langs and have the shop mold them to ur feet. thats what i have and i never have problems with mine

yea those are them, orthotics are cutom made insoles which are made to your fit. They will work even better than superfeet, but they also cost like $100-150. If your foot is done growing I would invest in orthotics if not superfeet.

go ou and try loads of boots that are sutable for your skiing level.find out which one fits you.then buy it.if more than one boot fits you then buy the cheepest.i dont think any alpine boots are going to be better than another for hiking.if you wanna hike alot get an AT boot.

I ride my foils BC and park and love them alla round, i had to booster strap them but otherwise the foil is dope and cheap.

Surefeet are better, but they are hella expensive cuz they are custom, i have a pair in my ski boots and a pair in my sneakers. all pain and numbness and coldness went away from my boots

i like the rampages i have tho i hicked all today with them on the softest settings and have super feet they are money. ya the spk has a crazy design wouldnt mind getting a pair of those 2 hah

Designers do think about this, on the rampage the third buckle is facing the opposite way and is more towards the top of the boot. They have this so that it wont knock on rails and so when your hiking it wont constantly come undone.
