I weight about 170lbs and am looking to buy my first pair of boots. I spend 85% of my time in the park. What is a good flex for me and a good boot? I've been looking at the salomon quest90 or ghost 90

go to a bootfitter to get a perfect boot for your feet. boots are the most individual part of skiing equipment

As the post above me correctly notes, you should go to a boot-fitter in order to find the right fit solution for your subjective needs. The 2 boots you have mentioned aren't that similar, so you should have a reputable fitter assess your needs and select the right boot for you.
