hey guys I am new to colorado and am in need of a good bottfitter for the upcoming season.

i am willing to travel for a good boot fitter as i like my boots to be perfect, so anywhere in state is good.

i like sure feet food beds as that is what my old boot fitter used, as well as someone who can work with an intuition liner.

how much does larry charge? i need my surefoot boots worked on and surefoot has gone downhill since i got my boots, and doesn't have a shop near fort collins.

Larry is by far the best. Not sure what is hourly rate is, but they will do whatever it takes to make your boots perfect. And they carry a ton of different boots, including FT and Dalbello.

did larry move, or move in with base and edge, is it a summer thing or is he gone?

i drove by there the other day, and it looked like base and edge moved into his space

a bootfitting is 20 bucks... at least it was last time i got it. If you buy boots there it's free though.

Yeah, they offered the landlord twice as much as he was paying. So he's moving to one of the stores by the Village Coffee shop, on Folsom, across the street from McGuckins. He opens on September/October some time i believe. Half of the reason i'm coming home from college at thanksgiving is to get some boots from him.

sick. do you know if he's open yet? i'm coming down to boulder this coming weekend to kick it with a friend and ride the valmont bike park.

seth at precision ski and golf in frisco great dude awesome shop, been in the game forever, can definitly do some magic on your boots

go to ski and golf in aurora. ask for ryan bennett. get intuition liners, footbeds, and get some boot work done. they will fit like a damn glove.

This kid kills it. So does Larry. There isn't one magical bootfitter in CO...there are a ton. I'm not sure what kind of footbed Larry uses, but I think CO Ski and Golf does Super Feet. I know Christy Sports does DFP. I know Larry mainly sells/works on Dalbellos and Fult Tilts...at least he used to.

Colorado Ski and Golf and all SSV owned stores do the partial cork custom footbeds in addition to the superfeet. They are so much better than the superfeet especially if you have unique feet like i do lol. Go anywhere but surefoot and you will probably be fine. Just go somewhere with a fit guarantee, sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right.

Instead of working the shell around to fit your foot, they give you a boot thats a bit larger and pump the liner full of foam. It's nice because on the one hand there is no break in time and you don't lose time to the traditional boot fitting process.

However, if you want performance go for the traditional boot fit. A smaller more properly fitting boot will perform better. Plus the foam Surefoot uses is so much heavier than an intuition liner. They are also like 1400 dollars and up.

Uh no, SF does not put you in a bigger boot, they put you in a shell tat would be appropriate to your foot regardless of the liner. To make the fit better the liner is then injected. I guarantee you that I have a tighter fitting shell than 99% of the people on this site w a SF liner. I prefer a tighter fit which is why I went with this, but their MO is an appropriate fitting shell first.

le feet lab in winter park. not well known, but the best. and he carries nothing but dabellos. he used to be the boot fitter for the french national team

boot fitting in summit county should be done by precision ski and golf in frisco across the street from walmart. The best, been around the longest.
