Bootfitter Help

I'd like to have a memory fit done on a pair of Hawx Prime's and would appreciate recommendations and any first hand experience on a bootfitter. My home in Weaverville California isn't close to anything, places I've called that say they can do the work range from 2-5 hours away. So I'm looking for advise for in and around the following areas. Mt. Shasta, Sacramento, Tahoe, and Bend Oregon.

I know the owner, the techs, and some of the folks over at the coffee shop. Super nice people that do some really good work on skis. Walk over to pizza mondo after and grab a slice. That was the classic move during my buddies lunch break when he worked there. Hope everything works out!
 
I highly recommend Bob. http://www.mthoodarc.com/contact/ a bit of a drive from Bend but I hear some people fly from the east coast to see him. Best to text him and his cell number is on his page.

It's over 2 hours for me to get there. IMO it's worth it to go to someone you trust even if it is a drive.

Bumping to see if I can get any hits on places in Tahoe. I seen in another thread that Tahoe Sports Hub in Truckee gets some recommendations. There and Start Haus.

Tahoe Sports Hub has amazing fitters. I can't recommend them highly enough. Starthaus has excellent fitters but is more of a racing-oriented shop.
 
I ended up going to Start Haus, Tahoe is closer than Bend, and they were great. All I needed was a couple punches done. They didn’t try and sell me work that I didn’t need and were friendly and informative.

Nice. Starthaus is a great place for shell work. They practice all kinds of dark bootfitting arts on account of their race work.
