yo so my household is getting the boot from our delightful landlord for the Olympics, so he can rent our place for like $40 000 to some security professionals?!

anyone know a house with a spare room/loft i could rent?

22 yo female, tidy, chilll, doesn't matter if the place is guys, girls or a mix, i get along with most ppl!

been in Bayshores the past few months but anywhere in the Whistler general area is sweet

anyway yeah any thoughts/help would be awesome - worst time to be hunting!!

i've heard of this happening. he said he is moving into your apartment right and bought your rent for the month? then is actually gonna put other people in there?

haha nah he said yeah the place is yours excluding the Olympic dates (which are like 12 days in feb). Turns out he meant late january to mid march, shittest guy ever!! Our tv broke and he bought another one at the re-use it centre in function junction and it didnt work either hahaha

If the 1 month eviction isn't in your rental/lease agreement (please tell me you signed an agreement) then I'd tell the landlord to fuck the hell off.

If you don't have an agreement, well, then you better be good lookin', cuz that lack of attention to detail in life won't get you very far on it's own.

If you did sign an agreement with such a clause in it , well then, you made your bed...now sleep in it....or someone elses.

If you have a lease they have to pay one months free rent or you dont have to move.
