Boot Problems!

For some reason as of lately my boots have begun to give me some serious problems! Up until this year they have fit perfectly, nice and snug no shin bang no pain period! Yet for some reason this year they began to cause me quite a bit of agony from shin bang to sore feet, to poor ankle hold!
I feel likes this is weird considering it is my 3rd year on the boots! Its also weird as my right foot, larger foot, is always the one in more pain! I ride in 2008 rossignol blast boots. Does anyone have ideas what could be the problem here?
+K for help

could be that your liners have packed out and your boots arent giving you proper support anymore. or maybe your just landing backseat which causes shinbang.

But i feel like they would of packed out in the previous two years of skiing on them plus wouldn't my smaller foot hurt more then! Plus I know it isn't from landing backseat as I've gone days without and my feet still hurt

your feet change over the years. your instep, ankle, shin, calfs, width, it all can change. I would go get refitted and see what the shop has to say.

people's feet constantly change- they are made of small sticks and rubber bands that stretch and retract fairly commonly. This sounds like another "get a footbed" answer for you, which should be an easy fix. If your foot flexes and rotates inside the boot (albeit slightly) it can cause cramping and lead to shinbang. Get a footbed and stop these problems at their source.
