Depends on how much you weigh, your ankle flexibility, and what flex you are used to or coming from. You match the boot to these things, not so much where you ski on the mountain.
For example, if 2 skiers are exactly the same skill level, skiing the same terrain the same way, but one is 110 pounds and the other is 210 pounds, they will use totally different flexing boots. Not because one is more park than the other, but just simple physics.
