Anyone know any good boot fitters in mn and their prices?

Pierce skate and ski in Bloomington.

Im going tomorrow so I’ll ask prices. I do remember they are reasonable. I think it was $40 for the first modification but free after that.

They are ski racing shop but they are expert bootfitters and a good year round ski shop.

So when I went to Pierce skate and ski today they have said due to COVID they are not taking new clients for just boot modifications during winter due to overwhelming volume of customers.

They are still taking new customers if your looking to get liners or orthotics and I bet if you bought one, you could also get some boot work done. Full custom orthotic is $250 but that covers the life of the orthotic and any modifications.

If your looking to get sized and new boots you do have to make an appointment.

If do buy new boots from them they still guarantee the fit for as long as you own them so no modifications cost.

Ive bought multiple pairs of boots from Pierce and all the work is top notch.

It stinks that they aren’t taking new customers for boot modifications but hopefully they will again when winter is over.

Thanks for letting me know! I’m looking to get a new pair of boots anyways

So I just found out that Pierce Skate and ski currently doesn't do boot modifications to boots that aren't purchased there.

yeah they’ve had that policy since covid I believe which sucks because they’re like the only people near the twin cities who do boot modifications
