Here are two suggestions -

I heard of some kids that use a piece of metal pipe increase the amount of torque...kind of like what you do to remove a rusted lug-nut...come on? Are you serious with this question

Or you can masterbate ferociously for a few months and the increased arm strength will help you
 
I do the bottom two buckles two notches over. Then I do one notch on the top buckle. Then two on the 2nd. Then I tighten the top one to 2 or 3. Then the power strap.
 
if you cant do the top 2. dfo the strap as tight as you can, then do the two top bukles, then losing the strap.

yeah really the top 2 are the most important then the ankle one and the toe one doesnt matter at all i usually leave it wide open
 
^actually the ankle one is most important..thats what keeps your ankle locked in place so you have good ski control.
 
Yea doing one at a time then going back over is the idea, but you should never have to go more than 2 or 3 notches on the buckles, otherwise you're cutting off circulation which is not good. If you need to do that to get a tight fit, or are OCD about it, you need to get some new boots.. or some help
 
OOOORRRRR u get technicas where they have the hinge thing and it just hinges over and u buckle it...no strength involved

I heard that if you do like some of you said you buckle the top first on the first notch, then you stand up and flex forward and it will make the 2 bottom ones easy, wich is the ones I had trouble buckeling. then you go back up and tighten the top ones
 
just get them on the first notch then ski a few runs they will get cold and shrink so they will be easier to buckle tight
