Boone Glo-Sticks review

So I got some Boone Glo-Sticks half way through the season and just wanted to share my opinion. They have very sick graphics, one of my favorites ever. They perform surprisingly well on groomers. I was mobbin the corduroy and carving it up, felt great. And in powder they are fucking sick. The best pow ski I have ever skied. I hit up a little park and they did alright, little heavy for spinning fast but solid on big jumps. Overall I really liked this ski, It is sick for all mountain as well as powder. I also compared them to K2 hellbents one run and have to say that the glo-sticks carved better and felt way quicker. I would recommend them to everybody. Thanks for looking.
 
they are medium flex, and the only size is 185. I thought they would be a little long because I am 5' 9" but they didn't seem big at all.
 
Well I skied one run on my Glo-sticks, then the next run traded my buddy and skied his hellbents and we both agreed the Glo-sticks felt better. I really like the way my Boone's perform, maybe you should try some and you will be surprised. I have only had good experiences with them so don't hate.
 
Hey great reply! not....I love my glow sticks...shredded everything from huge tables, to bottomless pow, to chunky crud these fuckers mob

NS is a place where skiers can unite no-matter the skill, the job, the looks, or the girlfriend.
NS *should* be a relaxed place where intelligent people may share their views about skiing and all relative to skiing. As soon as "trolls and flamers" enter the site, thats when things become one big shit-storm. There is NOOOO excuse to ever flame anyone for any reason.

Boone has had their troubles in past just like any other skis but they have gotten everything fixed soi am most definitally going to consider buying some next year. Plus their customer service is great.
 
I got my glo sticks about half way through the season and i love them. I had the opposite worry as the op. i am 6'1 190 lb and was afraid they were going to be too small. They are my favorite skis they shred powder, are a great platform for stomping cliffs, ski fine on hard pack, and are fun to float spins in the park. I would recommend theses skis to anyone.
 
mine were mounted like 2 or 3 cm back, I like the mount. I can still ski switch with ease and charge real hard.
