first of all they never said that bongs were illegal they said that carbed smoking devices, and that means that almost all glass pipes are illegal. most bongs are carbed and that makes them illegal. but by making carbed devices illegal that leaves old man hotchers wood tabacco pipe just fine. bc bud is the chrondizzle.
