bolton valley

bolton sucks. my front yard has more vert. smugglers notch is your better option. far better terrain and a good park.

bolton doesnt really have any terrain to speak of but their park isnt terrible. it has about 4 jumps that you can hit in a row and 1 of them you can hit as a channel gap. its also good because its right at the bottom so you can just hike if you dont want to pay

Jesus saves!

Gretzki gets the rebound. he feeds the puck to LeClare. he shoots he scores! the crowd goes wild

i dont know what jay's park is like this year, but i think their terrain is better. lots of trees if you like those. cheaper too.

my school goes on their ski trip every year to smugglers notch and they all say its sick

Me: So you like the big powder hits?

Cam Miller: Only when I am snorting them.

hello boys

To answer the question about Jay Peak vs. Smugglers Notch, Jay Peak has the best tree/powder skiing in the east no question, (the exception maybe hiking up Mt. Mansfield above Stowe, or Skiing Tuckerman's Ravine), but anyways its the best inbounds challenging terrain there is out here, with the most amount of light snow, almost 400 inches a year. Anyways, the park at Jay is not big by any standard. They have some decent jumps, not much over 20ft though last time i saw, but they had an S-rail, Rollercoaster, Rainbow, Flat-down-flat, and a few Flat rails, along with two flat boxes. Smugglers Notch on the other hand does have two parks, with a pipe, which Jay doesn't. Out of the two go to Jay Peak for skiing, and Smuggs for Park. Besides the high priced lift ticket, Stowe usually has a better park set-up than both of them.

Bolton has a really terrible vibe. I just listen to music so I dont have to listen to the kids on the lift talking smack. The park isn't to bad, but I would go to Stratton or something.

Chronics, Bitch!

yo. so heres the deal, jay peak.. by far is the best mnt your going to ski in the north east... ALSO.. that kid who said they dont have ne thing over 20 foot ... is way wrong.. a few its are over that and once in a while they make a nice big air comp table or somthing along those lines. nice park nice rails.. also. i work at bolton..theres decent terrain but its short.. and unless theres good snow its not a great ski... but their park as of now is loaded with sweet rails. the jumps and pipe are yet to be seen..
