I was there a couple weeks ago and they just had that little rail park up. do they have any jumps up by now?

dude, mammoth aint shit son. at smuggs we have a sweet down rail to an awesome trap setup, then you can choose either a rail run thats a down flat down, to super banked c box, to s box (that will soon be up and open), or you can stick to a jump line that includes a 20-25 footer the a 30-35 footer. all serived by a constantly running t-bar. you get a lap every 5 or so minutes man. its awesome.

and for the record, from whati heard of bolton (2 days ago) they still only have a few small rails and boxes up. dont expect much from that place...EVER. except for some fun fool around nightskiing

yeah here we can only hit 50 footers or 6 20-35 footers OOOOOOORRRRR ski tittie deep pow from 11,053'..... aaaaaaaaaaaah

uuh, we had some nice 3-5 inches of slushy pow in the trees here if thats your fancy....but you have to admit...this "early" in the season for smuggs...this is sick as shit. im out ...gonna be shredding that shit every day till i have to go back to nc.

bolton sux. kids that ski there think they are so great too b/c they never go anywhere but there. park is nonexistent now and is nothing special when its open.

Thanks to bob dole for actually giving me some information. Its really not neccessary to tell me that bolton sucks...I have eyes. Its just a fun spot to go night skiing and I have a pass there from my ski team.

bolton blows, but rumor has it theyre getting a NEW not used s box this year and they're moving the pipe (back to where it was a couple seasons back... where there's no drop in....)but hopefully putting some more effort into their only set of hittable-doable wedges. hopefully they'll put the dub kink talent box somewhere where it isn't totally flat-ride on because it has potential to be a very fun box. otherwise they'll probably have the usual shit... the shotgun, the 1.5 kink, the flat box. but not the damn snowskate rails this year... thankfully. although that up-flat-down-flat-down setup they made with them was interesting.... technically the most kinks i've ever done. i got to ride the third chair ever on the new lift, i would have gotten the first two but the stat inspector and the owner did. but listen to hennie and everyone else and if it's daytime and you have the option... go to smuggs. or the bush... or really anywhere else.

I hit up the smuggs park today... and its deffently epic. probably the sickest park i have ever seen smuggs set up. Jumps are perfect, and the rails are really well set up. I was the only person in the park on christmas, it was almost like a private sesh, heh.

The only good thing about bolton is the wednesday - saturday night skiing. The park isn't that well set up, but at least it's an improvement from previous years.

In the park theres a really tiny c-rail thats almost in the ground, a sketchy box that tilts a little, a flat box, a flat down box, a handrail box, a shotgun rail, two little rails that aren't worth hitting, and about five jumps, two of which are decent.
