yep, i ski there. theyll open thanksgiving if they get more snow, like a foot or more. I think itll happen. But hey, i aint waiting, ill be up there sunday (16th). you cant ski on bogus, but theres stuff to down the road (just look for skiers).

I really can't understand Bogus' reasoning. Whenever they are confronted about not moving forward and making the resort better, they blame low snow pack and low populations on the hill. But this year all they add is 4 miles of lit nordic runs...I don't think nordic is bringing them populations. Why don't they wake up and realize there are much larger demographics i.e. the large volume of people always in the "terrain park"? For a non-profit ski hill, they sure aren't equally beneficial.
