Recently Bogus Basin was voted #1 ski area within a half days drive of boise. Does anyone actually agree with this?

dude that is bullshit, bogus blows and thanks to their "laid-back" ski patrollers i am never allowed to ride there again..... i would much rather get up 2 hours early to drive to brundage and shred pow where they actaully let you hike out of bounds. i mean i did grow up riding bogus but i have grown to be very anti- bogus basin. thats my two cents....
 
That is retarded. Tamarack, Sun Valley, and if you start out early Mt. Hood are all way better than Bogus. These resort have everything Bogus has and way more. I mean the fact that Bogus is only like an hour from my house is nice but other than that they have like nothing going for them. Bogus's park is crap there is no powder no hard terrain, the runs are too short i mean the list goes on. Though i would say I would rather go to Bogus than Brundage but that one is debatable.
 
Bougs Basin i love you with your huge dirt patches and your dumb ass snowboarders and your lazy terrain park crew ha ha and you amazingly slow chair lifts

 
Jesus...simple solution people. Don't go. I agree Tammy and Brundage both have one-ups on Bogus, but dude...it's a place to ski. Tamarack has a bunch of yuppies and Brundage has shitty weather. But it doesn't mean they aren't good resorts. You can disagree with the article, but don't throw feces all over something that exists for your pleasure. Not for you? Then once again...don't go.
 
i remember last year when some1 built a jump after the cornice and the snow groomers went out of their way to run it over, fucking bogus
