They go through so much shit before one of their shows. They don't drink water for a while and you know when you get a cramp in your muscle? That's how they make the muscles look so big. They dehydrate their muscles so they tighten up and look huge. They are basically having an entire body cramp.
 
im 6'5" and 150 pounds. and im strong enough for you. ill take you bitches down to china town and then throw you to africa with my buffly man arms
 
good luck finding bodybuilders on a ski site. Last time i checked there isnt many skier/bodybuilders. Skiing requires some flexivility which those retards definatly dont have

There was a special on TLC about him called "the man whose arms exploded". He has the world record for biggest biceps but from all the steroid abuse his arm deflated.
 
sorry to be an ass but its fucken synthol he used. its oil you inject into the muscle. hes not even strong just full of fucken oil. the show about him was a disgrace, he was saying it was from all the steroid abuse. the fucker was hooked on synthol. at least with anabolic steroids you actually get bigger and stronger. many of the pros use it to fill in weaker areas but its so precise that it hardly shows where as the people who abuse it well, it shows.
 
no its not... there are many in the bodybuilding cult... most of us are pretty built man... and you can still be flexible and have muscle, look at fucking gymnasts retard, probably the most jacked people alive. I actually like having a lot of muscle because when i fall it doesnt hurt as much. :)
