I just don't understand. I'm all about body mods, but when they get in the way if doing simple things like eating, why would you do it?
 
I've seen some super hot corset peircings that were permanant, especially right along your hips, with bright pink ribbon, the crazy modification is scarification. I almost want to get it done.
 
The guy who had a star in his forehead looked like the star had shifted toward his right making it touch the two bumps. If your into it should at least be done right.

I'll give you my preferences on the whole gauged piercing thing.

-Nose- have fun with your boogers

-Lip- leaky mouth. "hey steve you've got a little drool leaking out around your gauge.

-Ear- I'm down with anything that's close to the size of a pencil. any bigger they droop when you take them out.

-Anywhere else- never seen any but im sure they exist.
