he could have taken one for the team and just pretended he was quitting because of america's decision not to support half pipe skiing

In your head................. Hes definatly the only person I'VE ever respected on TV wearing a GS suit, not to mention the little cunt hair amount of cool he brought to ski racing. He tried to be himself and be "worth something" to skiing while doing it, but all he got was a hard time. Now his name gets dropped in murder storeis that nothing to do him other than he was related to the fool, what the fuck? I'd want out too.

he should of taken it more seriously, not racing drunk. thats just retarded. if he cant control himself enough to not drink before races then he shouldn't be racing. its like steroids in baseball, he was just giving the sport a bad name

maybe he can move on and start doing skiercross like rhalves does
 
He's good, but he is a fucking disgrace to the United States to say he didn't care about winning because he was "partying on an Olympic level." What a fucking cock bag, if you don't want to win, then you shouldn't be on the fucking Olympic team. I'd rather see some kid with a lot of heart get last place then some asshole that could win finish last because he was wasted.

I think it's funny Bode has talked about Tanner Hall and his attitude being bad for the reputation of the sport
 
i think people make bode out to be more of a badass than he really is..i mean he is still pretty cool but im sure a lot of people go out and get wasted the night before a race, he is the only one dumb enough to admit it.
 
Actually, this comment is based on the fact that I know Bode and have worked with him before. He's obviously a super talented skier and gifted athlete, but probably the most self centered, egotistical, and obnoxious person that I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Thats saying a lot.
 
ok the whole bode drinking before races and being drunk while skiing is a lot of control, he has never raced drunk and anytime he has raced hungover which has probably only happened once or twice would have been because of a big win the prevouse day. As well there are a lot of "badass" ski racers on the world cup circuit that drink and party a lot during the season, Bode isn't out all alone he just has the money to make a stand and do what he wants. There are a lot of younger racers who would do the same thing if they had anywhere near the money bode has. The whole world cup should go to AA meetings cause the drinking and partying is pretty insane.
 
the us team is so gay iam glad to see him leaving. i know a girl that got kicked off just because she answered a few simple questions from the media when she wasn't supposed to talk to the media which wasn't a big deal but enough to get her kicked off

Bode Miller is dumb he doesn't really fit the racing category with his personality i think he would best fit aerials but he probably isn't good enough at aerials stuff but he is way to retarded to be a freeskier maybe he could be if he did all big mountain but i could never see him in the park
 
Alberto Tomba won olympic gold in 94 after partying till 6 in the morning and reportedly having a 3 some with 2 beauty Queens that mourning he then got up no sleep still drunk and then won Gold now that is a REAL MAN Bode is the shit he kills it, is a nice guy and onw of the best racers of all time, And comparing baseball to skiing is retarted Baseball is gay and there al over paid.. soo yeh Bode can do what ever the fuck he wants as long as hes one of the best no one has the right to tell him Shit..
