Bobby Brown on Team respect!

Damn. I dunno how I feel about this. There's no reason B Brown should have pulled out. But damn, I have nothing for respect for his stance. You have to respect what he did, giving others a chance like that. Bobby is the fucking man, period. There's no reason he shouldn't be at JOSS.

My already very high respect for bobby just quadrupled, thats a really humble thing to do, hands over a great opporotunity like JOSS. Bobby your sick as fuck.
And Jon thank you for organizing such a sick comp. I'm sure much appreciation is in Newschoolers hearts.
 
Maby he actually reads through threads and lurks instead of just doing a bunch of 3 word posts to raise his post count. Did you even consider that? Thanks for the 3 word worthless post though.

nothing for respect for Bobby if his real motive was to let others have their shot. But in my mind i doubt that this was the case. I think that sadly he was preasured into it by the community. Not entirely his fault as he didnt make his edit and didnt ask Jon to hype him up. If this was the case you still got to respect the guy. Last year he had to sit on the sidelins whatching people hitting the perfect jumps and this year he gave that chance up. In my mind hes a true Pro. Well theres my two cents

What's up errryone? Yep, so I decided to pull my video out of the running for Team NS. By no means was I implying that I was even going to get voted onto the team, but I was just thinking about it and decided it would be the right choice. I have had a lot of opportunities this year and even though I have never been to JOSS, I felt like there were people that deserved to experience this amazing opportunity more than me, since I have been able to do what I have so far this year.... Thanks to Jon/Crill for making the video for me, I appreciate the support! Team NS is gonna be soooo sick this year, and cant wait to see who makes the cut, so many rediculous edits!
 
this is so stupid, you really should just be going on team USA sorry but jon you really fucked up with the team choices this year...

I was gonna put in my two cents, but in the end I decided that it is not my place to tell Bobby fucking Brown what to do. So Bobby, I'll just say that I respect you a ton for being so unbelievably selfless, and that I guess I'm okay with this...so long as you fucking go to JOSS next year, dammit! :D

I really do not know why dumont is on team America again. Sure he is a talented skier, i am not questioning that. But his bag of tricks is exactly what it was 2 yrs ago (not including pipe). Not to mention kicking lolo off was the most retarded and unethical thing ever. Idk how you can kick off a member of a team who got #2 in the event.

firstly, lolo was on team europe not norway

secondly, simon and wallisch are a good combinaton. two very different styles makes for a great edit.

thirdly, jon can do whatever the fuck he likes it's his comp. he doesn't have to please you. hating on jon is stupid. the mans a fucking legend!

Amen. The Team USA edit from last year's JOSS was one of the sickest edits of the whole year, hands down. It was my favorite of all the entries. I don't want to see Dumont out, I just want to see B. Brown in too.
 
sorry i dont really understand what your trying to say (no hate intneded) but i mean jon can do what he wants regardless of wether you think it's a good idea or not. he cant satisfy everyone. if he wants to put someone on a team who are you to say its the wrong decision? jon has most likely put in a shitload of hardwork to organise JOSS and probably wants to have the best time possible by surrounding himself with his friends(so he invites his friends eg dumont)
