Most of you know about MODA 3's Boardfest and how they are all fucked up, and have an atitude aganst skiers, I've made friends with the owner and he suggested that we storm the Fest this year, Skis in hand ready to show WTF skiers have to offer,

This shit gets alot of press in the snowboard world, and doing something as epic as this can really expose Midwest Skiing, I propose we all meet off premise, and then show up and demand to ski.

Boardfest is in Milwaukee, i think the Minnesota kids should carpool down

I might tag along. I was there last year cuz some of my snowboarder friends wanted to go. Mason Aguirre was so wasted it was hilarious. But yeah, Down with the boarders!

we should throw some bleach/water filled water balloons at them! hahaha

This could quite possibly be the WORST thing skiers could do to snowboarders who already have attitudes against us. Bp you would shit yourself if you planned a skiers only rail jam and a bunch of snowboarders showed up and "stormed" your rail. Let them have their rail jam, it's not worth the giant ass-pounding the 4 or 5 skiers would receive from 150 snowboarders. No offense, but I doubt anyone actually shows up anyways.

bp said this, and i wouldnt create a skiers only rail jam in the summer months, i beleive in an open community we both love snow, we both love rails why not show them we can throw down too

That's cool man, you guys go have fun. I really do hope you can prove me wrong, this could be sick as hell. Until then, I'll be the one waiting to tell you "I told you so."

not all of them are! but it seems like quite a few can be at times. I snowboard and I don't think i'm close minded. I personally love skiers because all the ones i know are super cool like Kyle and Cody and Steve, i'm sure it seems kinda weird i snowboard and i go on newschoolers but i love to read your conversations and stuff some of it is really interesting and you guys have a lot of good insight on things. I think this thing could go either way like other people have previously said. I mean i know all you guys are pretty sick skiers and can throw down some gnarly stuff and im sure a lot of people would be stoked on it but then again there could be some people who are just crabby and wouldnt be happy about it. but I personally would be happy to see some sweet skiers goin off. skills being displayed of two different sports at one event!! how can't you be happy?

skiing and snowboarding should be the same sport anyway, we all hit the same rails and ride the same mountian/hill

i wouldnt say the same sport, but there should be way more interaction between the two different communities. i mean how sick would it be to have pollard and mfm in the same flick although it will probably never happen. i like the abstract films crew because of that reason, they are pushing skiing and snowboarding to be more united. all in all there shouldnt be any beefs, we should be pushing each other to just keep progressing and i think the sky is the limit for both sports if that happens

yeah i think there should be way more interaction. i love duel sport flicks. i ride with snowboarders, watch their movies. even just watching them throw something wild on the hill makes me crazy. and fuck asian allen.

yeah i agree, i think snowboarding movies are way better than skiing, but i havent seen idea yet...i have watched "that" about five times today best vid i have ever seen

yeah idea reminds so much of a snowboard flick. i cant wait to see that. my friend just ordered it...

my favorite snowboard movie i think would have to be "after lame" by robot foods ...........such a good flick
