Every Thursday night in January we will be hosting Ski and

Snowboard Park Events at Wilmot Mountain!

- Jan. 3rd, 17th, & 31st - RAIL JAMS

- Jan. 10th & 24th - BIG AIR COMPS

- $20 Event Fee

- Registration and warm-up from 5pm - 7pm

- Event begins at 7pm

DETAILS

FOR THE RAIL JAM/BIG AIR COMPS AT WILMOT:


Sign Up

and Registration:
Begins at 5pm in the Lodge. Parent of

guardian MUST be present to sign the waiver if you are under 18! Also,

payment must be made at this time.

Divisions:

There will be three divisions based on age for both skiers and snowboarders: 12

and Under, 13 to 16, and 17 and Over. Women will ride in their

respected age division with the boys. At the Rail Jam on Jan. 17th there will be

separate Women's Division - a night to highlight the girls! :)




Rider Order:

Riding will start at 7pm with Skiers 12 and Under, Skiers 13 to 16, then Skiers

17 and Over. After Skiers it will go Snowboarders 12

and Under, Snowboarders 13 to 16, then end with Snowboarders 17 and

Over.

Judging:

For Big Air, riders will be judged on Style, Technical Merit, Execution and

Amplitude. For Rail Jams, riders will be judged on Style, Technical

Merit, Execution, and Use of # of Rails.

Placement:

For all comps, there will be one winner per age group, per

sport. Only on the final night, Jan. 31st, will 1st through 3rd

place be awarded. There will also be other superlative

awards given on the final night.

**Please

note: USASA Waivers must be signed at the event! If you are under 18, a

parent or guardian must sign for you! NO EXCEPTIONS!

shoot. i didn't know my own house was a motel. reed, i need to see some profit.

hopefully this rain won't put a hold on these events. wilmot 4 lyfe.
 
next week is soppesed to be big air. but there are no jumps built yet. not sure when iam going to have a chance to get out there to do that. with the up coming weather.
 
steve learn the lingo, its WILMOT! there is no n. and its about 40 mins away from our house, fun little drive though.
 
and its easy to make a pit stop in McHenry, IL right from there, they have dunkin donuts, and taco bell as well as more middle american favourites!
 
or culvers? culvers is the shit, wayyyyy better than white castle i think, except its hard to resist those mini burgers of goodness
 
there is a culvers in mchenry as well as alexs gyros and tommys red hot, for the castle you need to drive about 15 minutes.
