Bmx Racing

i rode one of the courses on my hardtale and it was soo sickk. im assuming it would be alot differnent with people right beside your bar ends..

...looks totally sick! I have total respect for racers, bmx wise. And I wantto try it this summer but I don't have a bike...

Its a great experience, the racing community is super tight and could probably hook you up with a bike.

-does this look like a good deal? it's near by.

I've done it once before because my friends have a track. It was beyond fun, I can't wait to do it again!

If you dont know what it is watch Xgames skierX and think of doing it on dirt with a bike. And yes it does get super intense but really fun.

Ive always had a fear of going over a 30ft double and just nose casing the shit out of it. you cant bail that easily going 30mph like you can in trails when you go straight up and straight back down lol

Holy shit, where is that? That looks epic. I'm not much of a dirt rider but I mess around on trails every once in a while.

Racing just looks nuts... And I feel way too hunched over on a BMX. Probably cuz I do XC and DH (I ride my 45lb Kona Stab DH dirt jumping most of the time lol).

I raced for 8 years- #1 in Ny state, #1 northeast, #3 east coast and 8th in the nation- my little brother was national champ - obviously it was for different age groups but started when I was 9- expert at 10 - usually 50 or so races a year-a couple nationals etc. raced nbl forever until we moved then tried aba- then got into cars so that was that
but my little brother would race and beat nikko mulally on a weekly basis- anyone who knows anything about downhill mtb will know him
Bmx racing was a shitload of fun- had some great times and traveled the country- still go in the summer every so often-
heres video of the track I grew up at- not me riding

man those were the good old days- makes me want to race again haha

Yea i used to be really big on it, in 07 i won a national championship for NBL. Great memories racing, made great friends. Also i raced the PA series, but i definitely raced a few nationals in NY.
