Hey, I am in a Technical Highschool and take CAD for my shop, i have been doing it for 2 years now, the last two years I learned autocad and cadra and have gotten really good, anyways if anyone wants me to make them rail plans i will do them for you, like straight rails, c-rails, rollercoaster, etc... if you want alot of them and they are very complicated i may charge like $5-20 for them but other than that like straight rails i will do them for free, i figure i can make a little money off this, anyways i just posted a picture of one in the miscelanous section but it came out very bad because i had to make it small, anyways these are all high quality, professional drawing and i will dimension them, also if you need ski designs i will do that also, i do all the views needed and a isometric view so you can see what it looks like, later

um no offence but its just a rail, they arent to complicated to make its not like you need pages of blue prints, its basically just a rail held up by suppourts not to techincal..

 
ya im just saying if you need multiple amounts of stuff and want to get really tech or suttin, they are mad easy i guess some people may not no how to do them though

I think that you may have a market to do such a thing, you just have to emphisize that if someone were to buy your plans he could take them down to a local welder and he could weld it up for cheap. cause most welders dont know shit about rails, but they can read blueprints.

ya thats what i could also do for you i guess i could take it straight down to my school witch also has metalfab. and they will weld them for me all i have to do is pay for the metal, so if anyone needs designs and them built hit me up i would probably only want a profit of like $20-50

but not to put you down or anything, but i could draw that rail buy the end of the first week in my drafting class this year. buy the end of the year i had 5000 sq ft houses in Autocad.

I believe this is a very untapped market. If you have the ambition and the skill you claim to have, you could make a decent amount of money while in High School.

What you have to do if you're for real is design your rails, fully dimensioned and also create a parts list. Then you can sell these plans to ski resorts, they hand them to their shop and voila, a rail is made. You could get a decent amount of money for each design. That way, park managers have professional drawings to present to their bosses who need convincing to do things like this

Anyone could do up a cad drawing for their backyard rail. It's the resorts that you could make money off.

 
dude thats a good start but i can make jsut as good plans with dimensions all to scale in paint..... god i love paint......
