we are very sorry about the non working copies, the dvds work on 92% of dvd players and all mac computers, if you think the disc is a dud though just send an email to nick@steptproductions.com explaining what happenned and we will send you another copy, also the reason some of the copies are taking a while to get shipped is because we are moving into boarding school right now so we had to take a few days off of shipping but we are sending them with over night shipping so they should all be at your house within like 10 days for sure, anyother concerns can be pm'ed to stept or emailed to nick@steptproductions.com, sorry and thank you

 
To be honest, %92 isn't good enough for me. I'd like if the ski movies I ordered worked on %100 of DVD players. It seems highly unprofessional to distribute DVD's KNOWING that they may not work in what appears to be (after reading this post) many home DVD players...hmm

you guys chill out a little bit, its a great movie, they already said that they will help you out if it didn't work, many people that are now bitching bought them for $10 and half went to katrina, meaning no profit for stept. also everyone is saying how shit is "unprofessional" there is a reason that its called an "am movie." plus it is a quality movie, it worked on my dvd player, and also b crew truly is in the bonus seggy

Well bud, the reason these films are called "am movies" is because they are filmed and produced by amateur skiers. I understand that mistakes are bound to be made. But great lengths should be taken in order to make sure that the process is going to run smoothly. After all, you are running a business here. And in order to prosper, you've got to keep your customers happy...
