My deepest apologies. This is the first I have heard about edges
coming out of the skis. We have had people charging on these skis with
no problem, so I can't imagine it will be a recurring problem. I am
very surprised to hear that you are having the same problem on both
skis. I will send a new pair out asap. I will do a very close
inspection on the pair I will be sending out to make sure you won't
have this problem again.
I can understand how frustrated you must be. I would be super
pissed if the same thing happened to me. I would appreciate it if you
would send me a couple of pics of the problem. A new pair will be
shipped tomorrow. When you receive the skis, just throw the old pair in
the box and a return label will be provided.

yay bluehouse... now if only the skis hold up. This came back within 3 hours.
