Has anyone skied Bluehouse MRs. I'm looking for a one ski quiver type ski for the EC. Is this a good pick? I'm 6-2 athletic and advanced skier. looking for a ski that is 50/50 park/all moiuntain.

Definitely should be posted/moved to gear talk next time. But I would definitely look into the Armada ARV or Line Blend for a good one ski quiver. No personal experience on them but they everyone I've talked to on them have enjoyed them as an all mountain ski. I'm sure people who have ridden them on here will help you out more.

its probably gonna be up to how big are you. im 6'2 and not lanky, and i feel like mine wouldnt be the best 1 ski quiver because they dont seem to be very stable at speed for someone my size. ive only rode them a few days but if you're a bigger kid, then i would suggest looking into something more stable if your only doing 50% park.

The MR is a very solid one ski quiver. The first ones were very soft but the new ones are a bit stiffer so you can get more aggressive

my friend has a pair and he said that the 09s are almost frustratingly stiff although he is quite a bit smaller than you and was looking for more of a pure park ski.

The Mr look like a sick all mountain ski. I haven't skied on them but i got the antics this year as my park ski and so far i love them

I have two friends each with last years pair and they are both pretty stoked on them as park skis, but they are pretty big and can work with a stiffer ski

The MR is the best one ski quiver for the money. It will get you through pretty much anything the EC will give you. It's also a bamboo core ski so it is pretty lively.

I'm not huge only about 165 but i can deal with a stiff ski. The price is pretty sweet but im worried that the ski wont be able to lay it down on groomers through the crud that we get over here.

I ski the same conditions in the midwest and they have ventured west multiple times as well. They have really held up to every kind of condition thrown at them. Even high speed crud runs, they have been alright. Not great in crud but not bad either. I definitely recommend this ski.
