I actually just ate a banana muffin just now, and Jesus was it good. I was dying of the flavour sensation exploding peacefully in my jaws. The top was crispyish, and not too crispyish, for that fact. And the middle was pleasantly moist and fluffy, like well made pancakes on a Sunday morning. The whole muffin was just a new experience.
