Blue Mountain tribute to season of 2002/2003!

i agree with taking over apple run or whatever (start the park from the top of the quad lift), since its near flat (ok slight slope) it would be decent for some rails/boxs , use the steeper slope below for the jumps etc

bah, if you know the right lines you can find decent amounts of 'pow' (for ontario anyways) the day of or the day after a good snowfall (this winter kicked ass, we had a snowstorm like once every week or two..) so you don't need apple bowl for pow...

and unless there's 6 inches of new snow overnight I don't leave the park...

Darryl, unless there's six inches of new snow or bright sunshine, you don't even come to the mountain!

If you saw method man in the streets, he would punch you in the face.

Nice shots!

You can see the wave rail really well in that one. I miss that rail!

yeah if you could get more speed and start it say at the top of that one real steep run, you could have enough speed to for a quarter pipe or just a bigass hit. whered they build the jumps for the coors open?? cuz those were huge! blue kicked ass this year.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone at blue for a great season. I only made it up for maybe 10 days but they were all awesome. The NS festival kicked off the year properly and when I finally made it back out in March the conditions were stellar.

So.... thanks to Doug and the rest of the park staff (although we all know that Doug does all the work anyways) and Jodi for the kick ass events (and allllll those lift tickets)

I can't wait for next year.

so sad i only made it out to blue twice this season.

improve?- open up the skier cross run under the lodge chair all the time- nights too, that crap is never open and its nice terrain. - and it would give access to the top of the park without having to deal with the crowds that come down on SS of park now.
