Blue lava

this is really cool. A volcano currently erupting in Indonesia (Kawah Ijen volcano) has blue lava. These pictures are not enhanced, this is actually how it looks:

It's a result of super high sulphur content.

I would of thought sulfur would of made it yellowish due to its color being yellow, really interesting. If I had seen that in real life I think I would of questioned if someone put something in my drink earlier that day.

This is neat, and also http://www.snopes.com/photos/natural/bluelava.asp Apparently the sulphuric gases burn blue. Didn't know that, but pretty cool none the less.
