Blizzard Rustler 9's

Just copped some 188 Blizzard Rustler 9's for like 300 bucks (deal!!) and am stoked to get my dad-carve on. They're sized pretty close to what I like (usually 191's but w/e it's 3cm) and seem like they have a medium flex. I noticed after flexing them that they seem kind of jibby for how light they are. Anyone enjoy their Rustler 9's in the park or for butters/jibbing? All of the Blister reviews are like "It's not capable of SUPER G TURNS and will dive in deep powder!" like no fuckin duh, they're 96 underfoot and have a shorter turn radius. Looking for some opinions on their best use from some part-time park rats like me

I've got the same ski in the same length.

They're decently fun in the park and are kind of jibby like you mentioned.

My biggest complaint is the flex pattern transitions unevenly as you go from the tips to the middle of the ski.

If I really try to lay them into a carve it feels like the front of the ski just gives out.

I come from a racing background so this is a pretty big issue for me but YMMV.

yeah, honestly concerned about the driveability of the ski after reading about it on some reviews. Always figured Blizzard is known for ripping skis, but these might be kinda weak when pinning em :/

Sorry I can't help (haven't ridden them, and have heard comments on both sides) but can I ask a question and you guys promise not to tell anyone I asked?

it's pronounced BLIZZ-erd like the word for a snowstorm right? I've heard a few people say bliz-ARD and it's fucking with me
