1. Meh, go fig. Then again, it is a double standard from two years ago.

2. Its a close contention. Both of them have proved that they can set the curve for idiocy. I would probably agree with you that d-loc has the edge with pure lack knowledge. However, I personally tip the scale in FTP's direction because of his sheer arrogance and the fact the he is a douchebag to everyone.

3. I don't really see it as left field. I'm just sick and tired of this same conspiracy crap getting bantered around every week. It obviously has been happening before FTP decided to try out his soapbox. He's just the straw the broke the camel's back. His unsurpassed zeal of the subject made him the pinnacle of everything I hate about those threads and those people in general.

You act like our fucking goverment is just picture perfect in every way (Let me guess, you are hardcore republican and also a hardcore religious guy). Reality check: It's not. It's actually stock full of corrupt politicians. Just because they are "our" government, doesnt mean I can't criticize their actions or question their motives. This is my instinct as a human being in 2006. You cant take everything you see on the fucking TV to heart.

FTP is not personally attacking anyone from what I see. He has his own voice and so do you. Is it wrong to voice your own opinion now? Just because you have a green dollar sign next to your name, does not give you any higher grounds than anyone else as far as opinions. I might not agree with anything FTP says, but at least his posts are well written and clear. Your post honestly doesnt really say anything. Albeit, it is long, but it's very void of any real meaning, other than you flaming FTP. You honestly just sound Ignorant to whats going on in the world and just base all your info from what you see on Fox news.

 
If you had read what quinny said, he didn't offer up his own political or religious views. Rather, he/we have attacked the logic, reason and intelligence of FTP.

may i also say how much i love to hear FTP declare that things are "facts"? Love it! it reminds me of the part in "so i married an axe murderer" where charlies mother is reading similar "facts" from the weekly world news. (the eighth highest circulation in the world ill have you know!) "see, right here, pregnant man gives birth! thats a fact."

The difference between Hannity and Coulter is that Hannity is a nimrod who can't piece together simple concepts and mindlessly drones on about... well, whatever his producer tells him to, while arrogantly acting as though anyone who disagrees with him must necessarily be one of: unpatriotic, confused, irredeemably immoral or of lesser mental faculties than himself (if that's even possible... well, okay, FTP shows us that it is). You can even laugh at Hannity sometimes when he tones down the "annoying prick" enough to allow for it... he's sort of like Bill-O in that way.

Coulter, meanwhile, is literally the worst human being, if she even qualifies as such, on the face of the earth. She's not exactly stupid per se... she just excretes pure evil. I can't conceive of any way she could be worse as a person short of her championing the torture of orphaned babies. Seriously, it's that bad. Fred Phelps deserves an honourable mention, but he gets a little "complete fucking whack job" leniency; Coulter isn't, by any traditional definition I can think of, insane. She's just utterly lacking a soul.

what would anybody having a different sexual preference (not saying you do quinny, just making a point) have to do with anything that he wrote at all? If you think he really does look "like a fag," it certainly wouldn't have anything to do with it either.

Your fighting the good liberal fight without the blatant stupidity of FTP, and I respect that. I just beleive that theres so much more credible evidence to the fact that America was just plain out and out, caught in a rare vulnerable state, and we paid the price for it. Its easy to belive that the government was behind this, There have been far more government scandels in recent American history, then foriegn attacks claiming the lives of thousands of good people. (Basically: Watergate, White water, Monica Lewinsky, to name a few, versus say Pearl Harbour)However, everyone loves a conspiracy, and due to the media censorship we are subject to (and we are) people fail to realize the extent to which the radical world hates the West. It takes 3 planes crashing into important US landmaarks, and another into a pennsylvania feild for us to realize that we are AT WAR with a small faction of radical islam, that wants nothing short of the destruction of the North American and Western way of life. The freedoms we enjoy, and the complacency we subject ourselves to. Which is how, we allowed this to happen to ourselves. Is our government to blame? In part yes. We only recieve the media that portrays the best part of western Life, and rarely that which shows the full extent to which we are hated. But at the same time, is it so hard to believe, just a little bit, that for once we can sit on our hands and say: "Well history, you've done it to us again, and now its time for our generation's defining conflict to begin" And so launch ourselves into war with radical Islam.

As part of modern culture, we look inward upon ourselves so much that we fail to see the wide world, and so judge ourselves, and our administration, before blaming ourselves for letting an attack happen. Think with your head before arguing with your heart, together one can not only argue the good point, but decide the truth for themselves.

I can't understand how our (American's) 'way of life' disturbs them so bad to the point they want to destroy all of us, reminds me of Hitler with the jew's if you ask me.
 
Well it could be any number of things. The first thing that jumps to mind is Israel and the support that the west has given them both militarily and economically. Thats the largest thorn in the side of the Muslim world, which largely sees that land as both culturally and religiously theirs.

As well it could come down to jealousy at the freedoms and security we are able to enjoy. The muslims have lived in a land that throughout centuries has just been a hotbed of violence and it is very difficult to live in a safe and secure society both economically and securely without fear of war. Whereas here we can go years, even decades without so much as a worry of anything harming us, which is what gave Al Quaeda the motivation to strike us so hard. But honestly, how much of that awareness are you really exposed to on an everyday basis. i'm lucky that I'm Canadian, and we have a fairly Liberal media system that presents both sides of the issue, but at the same time. how many people our age watch the news on a regular basis. So is it any wonder that you find it so hard to believe the animosity felt toward our way of life?

Dont get me wrong though. We are not universally hated over there, there are plenty who dislike us in the Middle-East, but a far smaller number who are willing to act. That small percentage are the extremists who we fight today.
 
Since when was it my job to do this? Make your own thread. I haven't had any kind of real confrontation with him in a thread anyway. That means I know very little about his antics. If he is an ignorant twit, which may be true, you are more than welcome to make your own thread.

FTP is not even on a political scale i dont even think he has an opinion except that our government is bad, please dont talk anymore because you dont know anything.
